Centrifugal machine guns have been around since the early 20th century. They were put down in favor of machines that carry projectiles that propel themselves. I’ve seen attempts to revive the technology and fully believe that they can replace the 20MM, perhaps accurate up to 2 miles, and perhaps even a greater rate of fire, but we’re not focused on military application. In this round, we’re taking what is essentially a basketball loaded with compressed flame retardant powder and launching it.
